Divine Ndhlukula, a Zimbabwean entrepreneur, Founder and Managing Director of SECURICO, one of Zimbabwe’s largest security companies. Securico is a market leader in the provision of bespoke guarding services and cutting-edge electronic security solutions.

Divine founded SECURICO SECURITY SERVICES in 1999 in her backyard cottage. In less than 15 years of its cooperate existence, SECURICO has achieved a number of significant feats: The (revenues) company with revenue running into$13 million now has more than 3,400 employees - 900 of whom are women. The company was also the first security outfit in Zimbabwe to achieve an ISO (International Organization for Standardisation) certification.

Divine is very passionate about women’s economic and social empowerment and involves herself in a number of women organizations. She is a role model who has been encouraging women and young people to become entrepreneurs. Through her exemplary efforts, women are now accepted in the security sector, with her company arguably the largest employer of women in Zimbabwe outside civil service. Divine was recently named one of the most successful women in Africa by Forbes. Though her net worth is not available as at the time of writing this report, she is credited to be the richest woman in Zimbabwe.
