Bola Tinubu, National Leader of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, on his 11th  colloquium,  Thursday said that the best birthday gift APC gave him is by  massively defeating the main opposition Peoples Democratic Party ,PDP, in the 2019 elections.

Tinubu  who couldn’t hide his happiness said  his party “walloped” the main opposition PDP, during the 2019 general elections,  to clinch the presidential seat  for the second is the highest gift the party had ever given him.

Speaking at his 67th birthday colloquium held at the International Conference Center, ICC, in Abuja, the former Lagos State governor also thanked Adams Oshiomhole, National Chairman of the party, and the National Working Committee (NWC) for “working with the leadership of our party to achieve a victory for our party”.

The Jagaban said: “We still have the President for second term. We won the National Assembly with resounding majority.  Kudos to APC.

“It cannot be great for my birthday if we feel like the other party. But I’m excited because we walloped them, and as the Co-Chairman of the national campaign and party strategists, I commend myself too. Thank you very much, Bola Tinubu.”
