Following a recent warning coming from the Founder and General Overseer of Salvation Ministries, David Ibiyeomie to controversial Media personality, Daddy Freeze for abusing Bishop David Oyedepo, it was gathered in a recent post that Daddy Freeze having criticized Oyedepo of Winners Chapel for saying women should submit to their husbands which Freeze claims is a misquoted advice by Oyedepo from the scriptures, fires back at Ibiyomie who had warned him of his misdemeanor.

Pastor Ibiyeomie who couldn’t contain his anger blasted daddy Freeze with a stern warning that he should not dare to ever insult Oyedepo again or talk about him in that manner.

As seen in a viral video from his Sunday service, Ibiyeomie said he cannot be alive and watch someone insult his father, Oyedepo as quoted: “I can’t be alive and you insult my father. If the day Daddy Freeze insults Oyedepo I will deal with him and arrest him.

“Who gave birth to you? Do you have a father? Show us his picture.

“Oyedepo will not talk but I can’t be alive and you insult my father. I curse the day you were born.

“I will tear you into pieces, you bastard. He is insulting him because he has no father.

“You can never insult a father if you have one, be warned. A man whose wife left him, has no good job will be insulting my father and people will be laughing online. I will never be alive to see such and do nothing again.”

However, concerned Nigerians on Twitter have condemned the actions of the pastor and that of Daddy Freeze as a Nigerian music Producer, popularly known as Samklef took to his Twitter page to query the ‘anointing of God’ on pastor Ibiyeomie. He said a man of God should respect God on the pulpit and not speak in such a manner about anyone as he wrote: “Where is your Anointing man of God? As much as I don’t agree with Daddy Freeze this man (Ibiyeomie) is not a man of God but a man of man. “How can you speak in this manner from the pulpit you do not even respect God.”

Another Twitter user @BrunoPenandes also wrote, “I was so disappointed watching a prominent pastor swearing.”

Another twitter user, @Katakore brought to mind the case of Sheriif in Kano who was sentenced to death for blaspheme as he said: “How different is this from Yahaya Sharif’s death sentence in Kano for blasphemy? You disrespect my prophet you die, you disrespect my papa in the Lord you die. Same Religious intolerance, different sides of the same coin.”

Some other commentators such as @Briantega went to the extent of quoting the bible as he said, “Hebrew 12:24 ‘Pursue peace with all men, and the sanctification without which no one will see the Lord’ Clowns in pulpit glorified by morons who are lost and don’t have their relationship with God. Why spew hate, if you have an issue with him (Daddy freeze) be a man of God as you claim you are.

Amidst all the criticisms, daddy freeze paid less attention as he went further to blast pastor Ibiyomie via his official youtube page where he told Ibiyomie that he has made a racist remark about him and the people of Somalia adding that the pastor is guilty of hate speech and deserves to be arrested.

He however told Nigerians that if any harm should befall him, they should hold pastor Ibiyomie responsible because he has publicly threatened his life.
