Court set to deliver judgment on popular pastor over Ondo missing child

After months of legal tussle over the case of a missing child at a popular church in Akure, the Ondo State capital, a High Court in the state is set to deliver judgment on the case.
The judgment, CEOAFRICA learnt will be delivered tomorrow, October 6, 2020 in the trial of the founder of Sotitobire Praising Chapel, Prophet Babatunde Alfa and six other church members over the disappearance of the missing child, Gold Kolawole from the church last year.
Baby Gold was one-year-old when the incident happened.
In the notice of judgment, it was revealed that the judgment will be delivered by 9am on Tuesday.
The state Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Adekola Olawoye, confirmed that Justice Olusegun Odusola will deliver the judgment.
