Popular Nigerian producer, Chico Ejiro, is dead.

Ejiro died on Friday, December 25 at about 2 am.

The film producer was popular for blockbuster movies in the 90s.

The younger brother to another renowned film maker, Zeb Ejiro, produced movies like Silent Night, Blood Money, Deadly Affair, among several other notable movies.

It is believed he passed away after a seizure.

Ejiro has been in and out of hospital for an undisclosed illness in recent weeks and just finished shooting a new movie.
