CEOAFRICA.com gathered from Zimbabwe that the arrest of Lawyers representing Mr.Morgan Tsvangirai has been ordered by Justice Chinembiri Bhunu of the Electoral Court.

The order was triggered by Mr. Tsvangirai’s MDC-T comment that the party is withdrawing the case filed to challenge the election of President Robert Mugabe because they considered   Zimbabwe’s Judiciary as an appendage of Zanu-PF and getting justice would be an uphill task.

Mr. Morgan Tsvangirai was represented by Advocate Lewis Uriri as lead counsel and Mr. Chris Mhike of Atherstone and Cook as the instructing attoney.

The arrest will be for the above “averments” made by the MDC-T leaders against the judiciary.
