Monday, 17 May 2021: A Deeper Life Pastor, Otamayomi Ogedengbe, who was kidnapped in Irese in Akure North Local Government Area of Ondo State, has been released by his abductors.

Pastor Ogedengbe was abducted on Monday evening after conducting Bible study at Irese area of Akure.

His wife, Yinka, said the kidnappers shot into the air before taking him away.

It was also learnt that the kidnappers had demanded a ransom of N30m.

“The church had been praying fervently since the incident occurred and they were overjoyed to learn of the Pastor’s release by his kidnappers,” the source stated.

However, no one was ready to volunteer information on how much ransom was paid to  the kidnappers.
