Wednesday, 19 May 2021: The Nigeria Immigration Service Comptroller General, Muhammad Babandede, on Tuesday decorated 15 newly promoted Assistant Comptroller General, (ACG), and some other comptrollers promoted to their news ranks.
CEOAFRICA reports that Babandede admonished the newly promoted Senior Officers to be dedicated, patriotic, and diligent in the discharge of their duties.
He also promised to ensure that all entitlements of the newly promoted officers would be taking care of as promotion serves as the best form of welfarism and job well-done for all public servants.
According to the Immigration boss, the Immigration service remains the only service without gender bias as seven out of 15 ACGs newly decorated were females.
Responding on behalf of the newly decorated officers, ACG Angela Esekaigbe thanked the Comptroller General for his commitment towards the service and the welfare of the officers and men of the service.
ACG Esekaigbe then assured the Comptroller General of the officers’ commitment to duty and absolute loyalty to the authority.
