President Muhammadu Buhari together with the Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, on Saturday, led other prominent Nigerians to celebrate the 2022 Armed Forces Remembrance Day, held at the Eagle Sqaure, Abuja.

January 15 every year has always been the day the Nigerian government and people celebrate the armed forces of Nigeria (AFN), especially the fallen heroes

Other dignitaries at the event include Senate President Ahmad Lawan; Speaker, House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila; Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Ibrahim Tanko; Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Mohammed Bello represented by his Minister of State, Ramatu Aliyu, and the Minister of Defense, Major General Bashir Magashi (retd).
