Joint Task Force Repel Attack By Sea Robbers

The Joint Task Force Operation PULO SHIELD was attacked by sea robbers at the early hours of today 15th of October 2014 while they were on patrol along Ogia-Brass route.

In a Press release made available for CEOAFRICA news desk, signed by the coordinator of Joint Media Campaign, Lieutenant Col. Mustapha Anka stated that the Troops of the Joint Task Force Operation PULO SHIELD patrolling along Ogbia-Brass route on a tip of sea robbery operation were attack at Orukiri fishing Camp in the early hours of today. 

"The incident resulted to exchange of fire between JTF troops and sea robbers. A soldier was wounded during the incident while the rest returned back to base safely".

 In another occurrence, there is an unfortunate incident that occurred at Onopa military check point that is most unfortunate.  However, investigation is ongoing to affirm the circumstances that led to the shooting.
