France on Monday admitted treating an Ebola-positive patient, who contracted the virus while working for the United Nations in Sierra Leone.

This was disclosed by the French health ministry.

The patient, whose identity has yet to be made public, has been quarantined in an “high-security isolation” at an Army teaching hospital in Saint-Mande near Paris.
