A Gunman on Monday opened fire at a school killing nine people, including children before committing suicide in the city of Izhevsk, Central Russia.
This was confirmed by the Interior Ministry of the Country.
According to Russia’s investigative Committee five children, two teachers and two security guards were killed and 20 people were wounded.
It was reported that the gunman had two armed pistols and wore a T-shirt with a Nazi symbol.
Staff and pupils have been evacuated from the school buildings.
The Head of the Region, Governor Alexander Brechalov has announced a mourning period until September 29th
