The Convoy of the State of Osun House of Assembly Speaker, RT. Hon. Timothy Owoeye, was on Thursday afternoon involved in an accident.
The accident occurred along, Osogbo-Ilesa road, when a vehicle in the opposite direction rammed into the Convoy, resulting in a head-on collision.
It was reported that those who sustained various degrees of injuries had been rushed to UNIOSUN Teaching Hospital and House of Assembly clinic for treatment.
The accident caused a gridlock on the Ilesa expressway as the damaged vehicles covered the major part of the road.
