The management of Federal College of Animal Health and Production Technology, Ibadan (FCAHPTIB)  held  their 2023 Annual Joint First Working Day Prayer Meeting for the new  year  on the 3rd of January.
  The prayer  meeting  which was held at the Dr. K.J Nwafor Hall in  the college was  chaired by the head of the directorate.
After the joint prayer session , the Provost of the  citadel of learning ,Dr. Olatunde Owosibo  commended  the executives members  of all the unions and the entire  staff  of the college  for their undivided commitment despite the industrial action and other challenges experienced in the previous year (2022).
The provost of the college encouraged the staff to be more united and diligent in carrying out their responsibilities and promised to improve the welfare of the staff and students alike. 
In relation to this, Owosibo called the attention of everyone to the infrastructural development currently ongoing in the college is raising hope of better and conducive working  and learning environment. 
He called on stakeholders across the country and beyond  to partner with  FCAHPTIB on the journey of  becoming a  leading institution for food  security  and science in Nigeria .
Dr Owosibo further assured all staff that his administration is leaving no stone unturned towards staff  promotion and better welfarism.
