The presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi spoke after casting his vote with his wife, Margaret, at his polling unit in Agulu ward 2, Anaocha LGA of Anambra state this morning.

Obi, who is one of the leading presidential candidates in the elections, cast his vote around 10:43 am amid cheers from his supporters.

Speaking to CEOAFRICA afterward, Obi said;

“It is by God’s grace that I am here. The first thing that I will do if I win is to thank God. I just want to serve the people. I want to show compassion. I want to help people out of poverty,” he said.
