Youths in Oyo state under the vanguard of TKF yesterday welcomed former Senate Majority Leader, Sen. Teslim Folarin at the Ibadan airport to pledge their unflinching support for his gubernatorial bid. In a statement issued by the Oyo state youth president,- Sola Akinola during a press briefing held in Ibadan, they congratulated the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) gubernatorial candidate for 2015 election, Sen. Teslim Folarin for his victory in the just concluded PDP primaries.

Sola Akinola said “we are very glad to have him win the primary election, and by God’s grace, we are going to see him emerge the winner for 2015 gubernatorial election. It will be the best thing to happen to the youths of Oyo state as Sen. Folarin has always show concern for the youths. I want to therefore use this medium as a clarion call to all the youths in the state to rally round Sen. Folarin and give him all the support required to make him the next governor of the state.” While pledging the support of the youths in the state, the youth president advised the youths not to allow themselves be bought over by desperate politicians but vote for visionary leaders who have the interest of all at heart.

 He further added that the emergence of Sen. Folarin as a governor will go a long way to securing a better and brighter future for all in the state. He thanked the PDP executives for the good choice made and appealed to them to close rank and form a formidable front for the opposition.
