As we celebrate Eid-el-fitr, it is my fervent hope and prayer that the spiritual and social lessons derivable from Ramadan which find expression and meaning in piety, perseverance, self-discipline and love for others will be sustained through the period following this great exercise,” he said.
The provost also enjoined the College community to use the occasion for the promotion of unity in order to actualise the dreams of making FCAHPTIB the preferred College of Animal Health and Production Technology in Nigeria and Africa.
“The country deserves peace and unity, the binding principles of Ramadan, and all Nigerians have the duty to maintain this in as much as the institution of fasting is a universal one intended to make man be at peace with his Lord and fellow human beings,” he concluded.
