Student leaders across the nation have reacted to the appointment of former President of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), Sunday Asefon, as the Senior Special Assistant to President Bola Tinubu on Students Engagements.

CEOAFRICA source  confirms that his appointment was conveyed in a letter dated October 31, 2023, from the office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation.

Reacting in a statement made available to CEOAFRICA source  on Saturday, the student leaders, under the aegis of The G7, described his appointment as a round peg in a round hole.
