The Vice Chancellor of Chrisland University, Abeokuta, Prof Chinedum Peace Babalola,FAS, FAAS, FPSN has facilitated with the Chancellor of the great citadel of learning, High Chief  Mrs Winifred Awosika on her 84 years birthday celebration.

Babalola in her  goodwill message which she tagged “Mummy at 84” and  was made available to CEOAFRICA, rejoiced with Mama and thanked God for always being on her side over these years.

The VC further pray that God will grant Mama more successful and blessed years ahead.

“Mummy at 84

Mummy, my soul magnifies the Lord as you turn 84

If it had not been for the Lord on your side, where would you be today?

When we think of the turns and twists, especially in the recent past.

When I remember how trouble rose up and your gates were occupied on your birthday.

But through it all, the Lord has kept you alive and strong.

He turned your trials to triumphs.

Today is neither obituary nor memorial but a day of rejoicing and thanksgiving.

Indeed, unto us a woman was born 84 years ago

Unto us a woman was given as a gift to this world

A woman of light to lighten our world.

Mummy, our world would have been incomplete without you.

Your life of 84 years has lightened many.

It has raised and is still raising generations of learners and learned the world over

It has raised and is still raising world changers.

The history of the world would be incomplete without your name, your fruit, and your impact being mentioned.

We will continue to celebrate you as long as you live.

We pray that God will grant you more successful and blessed years.
