Two children have been confirmed dead following a fire incident at the Muna Internally Displaced Persons, IDPs, camp in Borno State.

According to Channels TV report, the incident occurred on Tuesday.

The Borno State Police Command and the state government has not commented on the incident.

Efforts to reach the Police Public Relations Officer of the Borno Command, SP Suleiman Nguroje, were not successful at the time of filing this report.
