The Board of Fellows of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (BOF-PSN) holds its 6th public lecture on accessing quality drugs on Wednesday, June 26, 2024. With the theme “Access to Quality Medicines in an Unstable Environment,” the conference holds at ASUU Hall, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Anambra State.
The chairman of the occasion is HRM Igwe Nnaemeka Alfred Achebe (Agbogidi), the Obi of Onitsha; and the guest speaker is the former governor of Anambra State, Mr. Peter Obi. The host for the event is Dr. (Chief) Joel E. B. Adagadzu, and the chief host is the president of PSN, Prof. Cyril Usifoh.
According to BOF-PSN secretary, Pharm. Damian Izuka, and the 2024 chairman planning committee, Pharm. Martins Igbonacho, the public lecture will hold from 12 pm to 3 pm. The planners told CEOAFRICA – PSN’s official media partner – that the programme will feature cocktail reception, public lecture, mid-year conference, award ceremony, and dinner among others.
PSN’s Board of Fellows is the body of distinguished pharmacists who have excelled in their various fields of endeavour with reference to the pharmacy profession. The Fellowship is the highest honour that PSN bestows on her members. They are at the top echelon of the profession and are committed to the advancement of pharmacy for the health and social welfare of Nigerians.
