Nigerian Catholic priest, Fr. Kelvin Ugwu, has addressed people who pray against motor accidents and blood-sucking demons after depriving themselves of sleep.
“You know you are travelling the next day, and you know you will drive, but you have spent your whole night awake or in vigil praying for safe journeys. You did not sleep,” he wrote in a Facebook post on Sunday."The next day, you are behind the steering. You hang the rosary in the car. You also have the crucifix. You have the stickers of all your favourite prophets, and you are playing a holy ghost fire song or online ministration as a way of killing all the demons on the way.“My friend, some things are basic. Sleeping off while driving is a major cause of accidents...and when you did not sleep or rest well the previous night, then your body will react. Leave those faraway demons you are casting and binding...deal first with the demon in you, the one not allowing you to have common sense.”
