It was gathered that Egyptian military court has sentenced some supporters of ex-President, Mohammed Morsi to series of jail terms after they were found guilty of attacking the army by opening fire at them in Suez last month.

Sources disclosed that one of those convicted was jailed for life, three others were given fifteen years in jail, while forty-five others were convicted for five years each.

It would be recalled that violence which erupted immediately Morsi was ousted from office, claimed the lives of hundreds, most of whom were Muslim Brotherhood members.
