The Ngwo community came alive on December 28th, 2024 with a spirit of generosity and health empowerment as the Umuada Ngwo Association, in Udi Local Government Area of Enugu State, in collaboration with Geneith Pharmaceuticals Limited and the Alex Ekwueme Federal University Teaching Hospital, Abakaliki (AEFUTHA), held a remarkable medical outreach event. The initiative aimed to provide vital health services to the members of the community, marking a significant milestone in the association's commitment to social welfare. The outreach served as a precursor to the upcoming Umuada Day event slated for December 30, 2024.

The event was graced by prominent figures; including Evangelist Dr. Patience Ozokwo, the Brand Ambassador of Coatal Softgel by Geneith Pharmaceuticals. It also draws participation from various stakeholders; medical professionals, community leaders, and local residents. The outreach provided essential healthcare services, health education, consultation and screenings, significantly impacting the overall health and well-being of the community.
