Dr. Maduka is the founder, president, and chairman of the Coscharis Group, a conglomerate valued at approximately $500 million, with diverse subsidiaries. His entrepreneurial journey began at the age of 17 when he was unjustly dismissed from an automobile apprenticeship by his uncle. Armed with only ₦200, he set out to carve his niche in the business world, demonstrating extraordinary resilience and ambition.

Today, Coscharis Motors stands as a leading distributor of prestigious automobile brands, including Range Rover, Ford, and Jaguar. In 2015, the company made waves by becoming the sole distributor of BMW in Nigeria and the first to establish a local assembly plant for Ford vehicles within the country.

Beyond his achievements in business, Dr. Maduka has made significant contributions to the financial sector, serving as a director at Access Bank PLC, one of Nigeria’s foremost banks, for 12 years. His dedication to both business and societal improvement garnered national recognition, and in 2012, President Goodluck Jonathan honored him with the title of Commander of the Order of the Niger (CON).
