Located within and around the Anaocha local government area in Anambra State, Nri Kingdom is renowned not only for its historical significance but also as the birthplace of the Igbo calendar and various traditional practices. The Nri people are celebrated for their contributions to the cultural heritage of the Igbo nation, emphasizing the importance of tradition, governance, and communal living.
