A chieftain of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Dele Momodu, has said that Bola Ahmed Tinubu may soon face political pressure as shifting alliances within Nigeria’s political landscape begin to unfold.

Momodu made the remark during an appearance on Sunday Politics on Channels Television, where he suggested that some individuals currently aligned with the president could eventually distance themselves if their expectations are not met.

He cited the example of former Interior Minister Rauf Aregbesola, who recently aligned with the ADC despite his long-standing political relationship with Tinubu.

In his words “Nobody knows Tinubu better than Rauf Aregbesola, he was governor in Osun State for eight years and commissioner for works in Lagos State, he’s now in ADC.

“Look at the preponderance of senators, members of the House and everybody now trooping in.

“Let me give you a prediction again, you know I’m a prophet, I was born and named Joseph at birth in Ile-Ife, I’m telling you that in the coming weeks and months, Tinubu will begin to lose sleep when he seeks the true colour of human beings, they will show him.

“All those people who are expecting something from him today they are pretending like the rattle snake waiting and hoping that they will get something. When they can no longer get it they will seek their fortune elsewhere.

“Even right now, their own Vice President, a very cerebral gentleman is at a crossroad, APC does not know if it can risk a Muslim-Muslim ticket again.

“In the coming weeks and coming months, Tinubu will begin to lose sleep when he sees the true colour of human beings.”
