Coach Brendan Rogers of Liverpool have showered praises on the Super Eagles and Chelsea-loaned player, Victor Moses for his superlative performance against Swansea at the English Premier League game played last Monday.

CEOAFRICA sports desk gathered that Rogers said the ability of Moses to take on players, especially in a counter-attacking situation attracted the club to him.

"He had a couple of moments where you could see why we brought him in. He can take players on. He's got a wee bit to go yet to get up to speed with the intensity; but his goal was terrific.

"We did a bit of work in the week on counter-attacks - we felt there would be moments in the game here when you're not going to have the ball, but when you do get the ball can you flood forward?

"When we intercepted the pass he broke forward and it was an excellent finish. He is a really good player. Rogers concluded.
