CEOAFRICA gathered that Mugabe made this declaration at a dinner hosted by the Ministry of Local Government, Public Works and National Housing to cerebrate the official opening of the First Session of the Eight Parliament.

According to the President who declared that there should be no further molestation of the young ones particularly women, said that the punishment for a rapist will no longer be dead sentence as in the past but castration.

Mugabe however urged that people should desist from any act that dehumanizes people, warning that it is going to be very tough for people caught in such inhumane act.
