The visit of the Nigerian President this week to USA was a golden opportunity for the American government to officially renew her extreme pressure on Nigerian government to officially legalize homosexuality, lesbianism and same sex marriage.

 Mr Femi Adesina, the spokesman of Nigerian President, told the world yesterday that American lawmakers while meeting the Nigerian President, raised the issue and pleaded with him to legalize homosexuality in Nigeria.

It was reported that our President was very furious and told them point blank that homosexuality is very offensive to the culture of Nigerian and remains illegal.

It means that gay marriage, homosexuality and lesbianism still attracts 14 years imprisonment without option of fine in Nigeria.
