The Kenya Worldwide Fashion Week has been slated to take place on August 29 and 30 at the Royal Orchid Azzure Hotel in Westlands.
The event which is in its 6th edition has gained international attention and is strongly contributing to consolidating Kenya's position as the fashion and urban lifestyle capital of Africa.
The year promises to be full of flair, style, creativity, as international and regional fashion designers showcase their high profile brands over the two day extravaganza.
Participating designers are: Laquan Smith, Barbara Gongini, David Tlale, Deepak Perwani, Pratima Pandey, Kingsley Nwosu, Nupur Kanoi, Lisete Pote, Whitney Grace, Sougat Paul, Wanjiku & Wangeci By CLADDI, Sonam Goel and Kogo Wear.
Look out for the gala dinner on the 29th, where the designers will showcase their work on the runaway and put them up for sale during the next day's exhibition at the same venue.
