Serena Williams will meet Sister Venus today in the US Open quarter-finals after the twenty–first time major champion beat American Madison Keys six-three-six-three. The most famous siblings in tennis will meet for the twenty seventh time in the quarter-finals after Venus thrashed Estonian qualifier Anett Kontaveit six-two-six-one.

Already a winner of the past four major tournaments, including last year's U.S. Open, Serena is trying to become the first tennis player to win all four in the same season since Steffi Graf in 1988.

Serena has stated that Venus is the best player in the tournament, and that it’s never easy to defeat her.
