EGYPT OUSTED PRESIDENT MOHAMMED MORSI
The Cairo Appeal Court has ruled that ousted President Morsi and the other 14 defendants would be tried before a criminal court by November 4.
It would be recalled that that State prosecutors had announced last month that they had been charged with inciting murder and violence.
The charges relate to the deaths of at least seven people during clashes between opposition protesters and Muslim Brotherhood supporters outside a presidential palace in Cairo last year.
Hundreds of people demanding his reinstatement - mostly Brotherhood supporters - have since been killed in clashes with security forces and an additional more than 50 also died at protests held in several cities on Sunday.
Mr Morsi who has been detained at a secret location since his deposition on July 3 will stand trial with 14 other senior figures from the Brotherhood.
