The super eagles will ahead of their first leg 2014 World Cup, arrive in Addis Ababa on Saturday morning for the qualifying playoff against the Walya Antelopes of Ethiopia on Sunday.
The Nigeria football Federation General Secretary Musa Amadu in a statement on Thursday, said the chartered flight to convey the delegation would leave the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, by 1:40am on Saturday to touch down by 8am, Ethiopia time, at Addis Ababa Airport.
According to Amadu, 263 persons, including 23 players, coaches, NFF and National Sports Commission officials as well as members of the National Assembly and Nigeria football Supporters’ Club members would be on board the plane.
Meanwhile, two officials of the federation is said to have gone ahead of the delegation since Tuesday to make arrangement along with the Nigerian Embassy in Ethiopia, for the delegation arrival.
