Reports has reached the news desk of CEOAFRICA.com that Stephen Keshi has expressed worries over the date of next month’s friendly match against Italy.

The Super Eagles coach is said his players could end up stressed. The African champion is slated to face the Azzurris on November 18 in London. The game comes two days after Nigeria plays Ethiopia in the second leg of their 2014 World Cup play-off in Calabar.

”It would be a good test for our preparation for the World Cup, but the timing is my only worry. We would not have time to rest for the game after playing against Ethiopia,”

“We would most likely head to either Abuja or Lagos to proceed to London, meaning we might not even have time to warm up before the game.

”In any case, we would see how it goes but it would be a good test for my team ahead of the World Cup.” Keshi said.
