Following the fact that Nkiru Slvanus has been relieved of her duties by Governor Okorocha, the governor has appointed another actress Shirley Igwe as his principal protocol officers.

The 25 year-old ex-Delta Soap model, Shirley Igwe, whose duties entail her coordinating the governor’s daily itinerary, ensuring his comfort and that of his visitors has since resumed duties.

With this appointment, tongues are already wagging about His Excellency’s love for actresses especially fair-complexioned ones.
