Some members of the House of Representatives have on Thursday declared their opposition to President GoodLuck Jonathan’s presentation of the 2014 Appropriation Bill before a joint session of the National Assembly scheduled for Tuesday.

Loe Ogor, Deputy House leader, had moved a motion to admit the president and his entourage in a joint sitting with the Senate on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 to present the 2014 budget proposal.

Moreover some of the law-makers suggested that the presentation of the 2014 budget proposal should be postponed until there is a remarkable improvement in the 2013 budget implementation, which they argued has not been impressive.
