A 28-year-old man has been sentence to 21 years imprisonment by Ibadan High Court for conspiring and robbing another of his motorcycle.

According to the Bolaji Yusuf, the Judge, the prosecutor had been able to proof the charges against the accused beyond reasonable doubt and that the sentence which was without option commenced from the day Sogaji was put in custody.

The report by Titilayo Dairo, the prosecutor to the court stated that the convict and colleagues conspired to rob one Kehinde Isiaka of his Bajaj motorcycle with registration number LUY 080 OA, on March 26, 2012 at Odo-Ona Elewe in Ibadan.

He also said that the offences contravened Section 516 and 401 of the Criminal Code Cap 38 Vol. II Laws of Oyo State of Nigeria 2000.

The convict had however pleaded not guilty to the charges.
