A new photograph of President Muhammadu Buhari resting in the United Kingdom has surfaced in the Nigerian social media.

In the photograph, President Buhari is seen chatting with Aisha Alubankudi, said to be a ‘close friend’ and Ogun State Governor Ibikunle Amosun.

The photo was posted in the evening of Friday, January 27, 2017 evening by a Facebook user Aishat Alubankudi on her page after reportedly meeting with President Buhari.

Aishat, a Nigerian socialite and blogger based in the UK and a close ally of President Muhammadu Buhari wrote a short statement to accompany the picture:

“Photo of PMB today. May Allah forgive those who claimed that he was on life support machine at Kings College Hospital.

Baba dariji won nitori won o mo oun ti won nse (someone translate),” she captioned the photo asking for forgiveness for those who are spreading rumours that the President had passed on or is on life-support.
