Victorious Golden Eaglets Goalkeeper, Dele Alampasu is set to begin his professional career with Belgian side Genk.

CEOAFRICA.com gathered that the deal was brokered by Goke Oshotoba, a FIFA agent, who claimed that everything has been settled with the club.

“Everything has been concluded with the club but the player won’t join the team until after CHAN.

However, Oshotola refused to reveal financial details of the contract, but promised to do so “when the time is right”.

Alampasu was voted the Best Goalkeeper at the just concluded FIFA U-17 World Cup in United Arab Emirates, which Nigeria clinched for the record fourth-time.

The 17-year-old has been invited to the home-based Eagles preparing for the Africa Nations Championship (CHAN) billed for next month in South Africa along with Kelechi Iheanacho and Taiwo Awoniyi
