The Oyo State government led by Governor Abiola Ajimobi has responded to a statement made by a Human Resource Consultant, Alhaji Kunle Hamzat that the second term of Ajimobi’s administration is disappointing.

In a message sent to CEOAfrica by the Special Adviser to the Oyo State Governor on Communication and Strategy, Mr Yomi Olayinka, the state government revealed that Alhaji Hamzat has a right to express his opinion but that there are facts to prove him otherwise.

The message reads “He (Alhaji Hamzat) is entitled to his opinion but he is not competent to make judgements without facts. The physical facts do not support his categorical statement.”

Mr Hamzat who is also a job out-sourcing expert had mentioned during an interview with CEOAfrica Television that many political office holders including the present governor of Oyo state usually perform below standard during their second terms in office.

He decried the fact that politicians are fond of reneging on their promises to serve the people. He therefore advised that they should serve the interest of people in the best capacity possible at all times, whether first or second term.
