The inability of the Federal Government to produce the bags of money allegedly recovered from the house of suspended Supreme Court judge, Justice Sylvester Ngwuta has stalled the trial. 

At the resumed hearing yesterday, the lead prosecution counsel, Mrs Olufemi Fatunde applied for a stand down to enable the prosecution produce the exhibits.

Justice John Tsoho however adjourned the case till May 27.
