NIGERIA (Oyo) - A 27-year- old man, Olanrewaju Shomoye of Surulere Olosan area in Ibadan, Oyo State, was found to have committed suicide by hanging in his room on January 3, 2014.

The husband to the deceased sister, Rafiu Musiba, who discovers his lifeless body hanging in his room with his belt, said the ungodly incident happened at about mid-night on the same date mentioned above.

While confirming the incident, the State’s Police Public Relations Officer, DSP. Olabisi Ilobanafor said investigation has commenced into the cause of the death of Olanrewaju, adding that the corpse has been deposited at the Adeoyo General Hospital for an autopsy.
