The High Court  of Kenya has dismissed a petition seeking to compel National Super Alliance (Nasa) leader Raila Odinga to take part in the Thursday repeat presidential election.

Justice Chacha Mwita on Tuesday ruled that the High Court lacks jurisdiction on the matter.
