Nothing feels better than being your own boss, it is more fulfilling building a business empire and watch it grow and the quest to be better and bigger is the fight of survival which are the challenges.
Speaking with Alayande Ayodeji, CEO PF Global Resources Limited in a chat on CEOAFRICA Online TV programme, “Meet your African CEO’s” in his office at Bola Ige International Market, Gbagi, Ibadan on Friday 19th January 2018, he stated that he chose business over a paying job because he realised his dreams, were bigger than monthly salary.
“My passion to leave a legacy in the business world made me channel my energy into fabrics business which has now given birth to other businesses,” he said.

The CEO revealing that he started his business as Peak Fabrics which later metamorphosed into PF Global Resources Limited, said that looking back on the journey of ten years, he can boldly tell young entrepreneurs not to give up on their dreams, stating that if you can dream it, you can definitely actualize it.
The young CEO advised Up-coming entrepreneurs to ignore side talks about impossibilities and be focused to actualise their target goals.
Speaking with his wife, Hafeezah Adeleke Alayande who also doubles as the Managing Director of the company said that her unquenchable passion to succeed and the desire to be an employer got her into the clothing business.

According to Mrs. Alayande, the business started in a small scale from which the business grew to the point of importing from Ghana and Dubia to supply whole sellers in Nigeria.
Hafeezah stated that the company faced the normal challenges in business but expressed determination to succeed and conquer such trials.

We have achieved great brand in this business, our next line is to start making easy to wear clothing with Ankara.
She advised the Nigerian youths to be hardworking, focused, set targets for their lives and dreams.
