As the February dateline for registration of members to political party draws near,the wife of Oyo state Governor, Mrs Florence Ajimobi (JP), on Thursday called on women in the state to ensure that they take part in the registration process.  Mrs Ajimobi made the call while distributing foodstuff to over 500 women in Ibadan North local Government Area of Oyo state as part of activities of making lives better through one of her pet projects, the Ajumose Food Bank

According to a press statement signed by the First Lady's Special Assistant on Media, Yejide Gbenga-Ogundare, the Ajumose food bank train will move to other local governments this year The first lady at the event also called on party members to be fair in their dealings with others and not push anyone out, adding that respect for elders is a creed in the APC. According to her, anyone that has reached the statutory age of 18 should ensure they register so that the vision of the party for 2015 will be achieved.

Mrs Ajimobi reiterated that registration is key as it is the vote that is the people's mandate .She called on women as the cornerstone of every association to go out enmasse and register as the work is for all and not for few people. The first lady  stated that the present administration in the state will not promise what it cannot deliver and will continue to do its part for the Oyo state people as promised
