THE Depty Chief Whip of the Upper House , Senator Hosea Agboola has described the political romance by the two former governors of Oyo State as that cock and hen and no matter how the duo meeting to discuss their political future , it would be an exercise in futility .

Agboola who featured as Special guest at the monthly personalty current affairs interview porogramme of the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria ,Ibadan yesterday said it was an open secret that " no amount of meetings between the two political echelons hold now on the 2015 political programme that will make them to come together as they -Akala and Ladoja cannot work together as a team again "According to him the leaders had disappointed one and other at one time or the other and what will make them to be of like -mind politically again?"

He also used the occasion to say that " the merger of of the mega parties as just a waste of time as his political party , Peoples Democratic Party [PDP] will definitely control the country again come 2015 "

The No 6 leader in the Senate who went into the memory lane told the panel of the interviewers that 1982 the Unity Party of Nigeria [UPN] and some parties went into coalition against the then ruling party National Party of Nigeria [NPN] and lost the political battle and why should the Action Congress of Nigeria [ACN] now indulge in the shameful game .

Sen Agboola spoke further that what the mega parties should do now is for them to work towards the development of the country and forget the ancient political of acrimony and bigotry.

He dismissed the claim that the South West zone of the nation is the most producer of hard drugs, saying that if there is any state to be accused of growing cannabis in this country, it should be Ondo State in the zone rather than pointing accusing finger at the entire zone.

According to him , " what NDLEA should do is for it to put its search light on Ondo State and not the whole zone "

The elder statesman went further to depose that the National Assembly would never pass the bill in respect of the agitation for gay marriage in the country , saying " this is not only against the both the christian and islamic religion but an immoral act which every human being infact those who believed in God should encourage "

Also on the Child-marriage , Sen. Agboola told his panel of interviewers that the issue should be left over for the people that are concerned but whoever wants to enter into marriage should be a matured person as marriage is unlike other contract which could be decided without serious discussion before is i done.
