Before  today’s local council congress of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Delta State, a harmonized unity list has emerged in the state in a bid to suppress  a repeat of what happened during last Saturday’s ward congress.

A member of the state executive committee said “the decision was reached at a meeting attended by all prominent stakeholders including seven governorship aspirants on the platform of the APC.”

CEOAFRICA gathered that the move was to forestall further division in the party ahead of the 2019 elections in the state.
