The Oyo state chairman of the People’s Democratic Party [PDP], Alhaji Omokunmi Mustapha who the just concluded bye election in ibarapa east was won under his administration said that the victory at ibarapa east is the work of God.

He made this known in an exclusive interview with CEOAfrica. During the interview, he publically listed so many factors that brought about the success in Ibarapa east election and which he said that PDP is very ready for 2019.

He made emphasis on some of the reasons for the victory and said “Nigerians  have withdrawn from APC because they were disappointed in so many ways .Many unfulfilled promises from the present government, non payment of salaries, low rate of earning for the workers, lecturers are not being paid and so much more, so all these were put  together and these made the citizens of the country dump APC and for that reason they have failed woefully .We also had the right candidate who happens to be the son of somebody that has done a lot for ibarapa land so this added to our credibility in winning the election”  

Alhaji omokunmi said that PDP is prepared and ready to take over all the governmental positions in the country and this is already visible because of the huge number of APC that are coming to PDP. That is to show how prepared we are.

“I am very sure that the people’s democratic party is taking over” He says

He further said that the Ibarapa election is an assurance that in 2019, PDP is going to kick out APC from the affairs of governance in the country and in Oyo state, there will be no element of APC left.

“One thing to expect from the PDP in Oyo state come 2019 is nothing other than Good Governance and suffering will end”
