Morocco Leader, King Mohammed VI
According to reports from Rabat, the capital city of Morocco, CEOAFRICA.com gathered that a serial rapist, who was granted royal pardon by the Moroccan king, has been re-arrested in Spain.
The Spanish, according to sources, was freed from a 30-year-sentence last week, along with 47 others after a request from Spain’s King Juan Carlos.
Daniel Galvan Vina, was sentenced to 30 years in prison after being convicted of raping 11 children between the ages of four and fifteen.
However, his release sparked up wild protest from the populace, while King Mohammed had claimed ignorant of Galvan Vina’s crime before releasing him. The King has sacked the head of prison for not letting him know the gravity of Vina’s crime before recommending him to be released, and immediately, the Moroccan Officials rescinded the pardon.
CEOAFRICA.com further gathered that Galvan Vina upon his arrival was detained in Murcia prison and the Spanish authorities say he will be transferred to Madrid, where the Audiencia Nacional, known as High Court, will oversee the case.
